What to do if you have not received an email with login information

Before checking, make sure you entered your email address correctly when registering.

• If the email address was entered incorrectly, register again and enter the correct email address.
• If the email address is correct, search for trial@volfix.net in your email service.
• If the search shows nothing, check the Spam folder.
• If there is still no email, try another email provider. Some services block automated emails or the inbox may be full.
• Also make sure your inbox has available space.

We recommend using large email providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and similar services.
