Login information

Login data, e.g. the VolFix login VF123456 and the automatically generated password, are sent to your email address once you've registered a new Volfix login.You will get an email from trial@volfix.net  If the email did not arrive, please make sure that the email specified during the registration process was entered correctly. Also, check your Spam folder.

If you already have a VolFix login, use the same login details as if you were using the desktop version of VolFix. 

If you have not changed your password ( to change your password to your own, you must use the desktop version of VolFix), it will be kept in the email you have received from trial@volfix.net .

If you forgot your password, the password does not work or you cannot find it, please use this article (to reset your password, you will need access to the desktop version of VolFix).

Auto run

This automatically logins into Volifx once the app is run.

Gray color of the  inscription indicates that the setting is not activated.

The light green color of the inscription indicates that the setting is activated.

Attention: do not set this setting if third parties have access to your mobile device, since when this setting is enabled, third parties will have access to your trading account.

Save password

You can save your password for further use of the VolFix mobile application.

Log In

Login button. If you see an error when you press it, it means that the login data is incorrect. Please make sure that the VolFix login is specified correctly and without extra characters. Please remember that your credentials are case sensitive and extra characters are not allowed.

Get Login

If you do not have a VolFix login, use this button to register a new login. After registration, yor login information will be sent from trial@volfix.net.
