How to use Alerts in VolFix Platform

To create a price alert, switch the chart to Alert mode in the upper-right corner and place the alert by clicking on the price scale.

Right-click the alert-line label to open its settings. There you can choose whether the alert is Local or Server.

A Local alert is not triggered if the platform or chart is closed. If you need the alert while you are away from the platform, use a Server alert instead. A server alert continues to work when the platform is closed and can send a push notification to the mobile app.

General alert settings are located in Market Watch -> Setup -> Alert Settings.

• Mobile App Trades - sends push notifications about new trades to the VolFix mobile app
• Mobile App Local - sends notifications about triggered alerts to the mobile app
• Disable All Timeout - disables all alerts for the specified number of minutes
• Alert Beep - turns on sound notifications for alerts except price alerts
• Price Alert Beep - turns on a sound signal for price alerts
• Price Alert Message - shows a pop-up notification for a price alert
• New Trade Beep - turns off or on the sound for executed orders

To set up volume alerts, open Setup -> Limits and activate Alerts. The Repeat option keeps the alert active until you disable it manually.

To receive a push notification in the mobile app, activate Send to mobile device and make sure Mobile App Local is enabled in Market Watch -> Setup -> Alert Settings.
